Thank you for purchasing a digital product from Nutrisavy.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks on Nutrisavy are final. Once the eBook has been downloaded or accessed, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided.

1. No Refunds After Download

When you purchase an eBook from Nutrisavy, you are granted immediate access to a digital file. Because digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once the download link has been accessed or the file has been successfully downloaded.

2. Download Issues

If you experience a technical issue and do not receive or cannot download your eBook, please contact us at:

You must contact us within 7 days of your purchase so we can verify the issue and provide you with a replacement download link.

3. Replacement Only — No Refunds

If a valid technical issue is confirmed, Nutrisavy will provide a replacement download link. Refunds will not be issued for digital products under any circumstances.

4. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

• The email address entered at checkout is correct.

• The device and software used are compatible with the file format.

• The download link is accessed and saved promptly after purchase.

Nutrisavy is not responsible for lost files due to customer error, device failure, or email issues once the download has been successfully delivered.
